The new Oreck U2000RB Commercial Light Weight Upright adds Oreck's new EnduroLife Belt, and a 5 Year Warranty on the belt.  This new Poly V-Belt has an automatic shut off system which will stop the vacuum if the roller brush's RPM's slow, in other words if you vacuum up that sock under your bed, or the tassels on your rug!  No more burning rubber smell, or broken belts.

The lightweight, easy to use platform of the XL makes these machines especially desirable for commercial cleaning companies, hotels, restaurants, movie theaters, resorts, retail stores, and more!

The U2000RB is Oreck's basic XL upright for commercial use, with no extra features or bells and whistles that more expensive models have, other then the new EnduroLife Poly V belt, and 5 Year Warranty on the belt.

The U2000RB does however include the Helping Hand ergonomic handle with the switch in the handle, unlike earlier models that had the switch on the base of the vacuum.  

The MicroSweep blade is also added to the U2000RB, which is a squeegee blade on the bottom plate of the vacuum that helps the vacuum pick up better on bare floors, and leaves carpets with that just vacuumed line appearance.

The Oreck U2000RB can use either the Oreck PK800025DW Hypo Allergenic XL Upright Vacuum Bags, 25 pk. or may also use the reusable cloth shakeout bag, which effectively converts the Oreck from a bagged vacuum, into a bagless vacuum.  Simply empty the cloth bag when it's full, and even wash it in your washing machine!  For this option, you'll need to purchase Oreck PCB9300 Cloth Inner Shakeout Bag which is sold separately, and is not included with the vacuum.
