The new Panasonic MC-CG902 Burgundy Full Size Canister Vacuum Cleaner is a perfect vacuum cleaner for someone shopping for a good quality canister, who has a budget price to stay with.  

With a comfort  EZ grip handle, the Panasonic MC-CG902 Canister hose has an electric hose with a handy on / off switch, which allows the machine to be easily transitioned from carpets to bare floors, with the flip of a switch!   The 6 ft. hose provides a long enough reach to vacuum stairs, and above the floor, in addition to covering a large area without having to move the canister.  With a quick disconnect button, the vacuum hose can easily be removed from the wand to clean stairs, and upholstery without having to unplug any wires.


 The MC-CG902 also includes a full set of on-board cleaning attachments, including a dusting brush, crevice tool, and an upholstery nozzle, all conveniently stored under a covered lid.  The deluxe dusting brush is made of natural horse hair, which allows it to be used to dust electronics, televisions, and even delicate wood work, or collectibles.  

With a 360 degree swivel hose, the canister is easy to be pulled in any direction without getting the hose twisted.  Other features include two metal extension wands to help reach above the floor, or those hard to reach areas, a convenient carrying handle, a power nozzle parking groove, to allow the user to park the wand and power nozzle to the back of the canister for storage, or to carry the vacuum in one hand.


The 14 inch electric power nozzle has a 4 position height adjustment, allowing the power head to adjust to any type of carpeting, as well as raising it when vacuuming area rugs, preventing having to straddle the rug to try and hold it down while vacuuming.   

With a Poly V Serpentine no stretch belt, the belt doesn't stretch over time like traditional flat belts, which means the belt should last as long the vacuum does.  In addition to the long life belt, the power nozzle also has a overload reset switch which will automatically shut the power head off if something gets lodged in it, such as a sock under the bed, or tassels on a rug.  Simply press the reset button after clearing the obstruction.   Another feature on the power mate is the headlight, which can help vacuuming under beds, or in dark areas, or for some good old romantic vacuuming!
