This part is the neck of the powernozzle, or the part that the telescoping wand connects in to the power nozzle. If you are having an issue with the electrical power head cutting off when you pull back on the handle, this may be the problem. Usually you can remove the wand from the power nozzle, and inspect the back of the swivel neck, where it frequently cracks at the very top in the rear of the neck. This causes the power nozzle to loose connection when pulling backwards.

It is important to know that you will need to remove the the two screws on the back of the swivel neck, and save the cover that covers the electrical cord in the back of the swivel neck. The new Swivel neck part does NOT come with either the two screws, the electrical wire, or the cover that covers the wire, save these parts from the old neck.
