This is the black hose on the right hand side of the vacuum (if you were using the vacuum) that connects the clear plastic tube on tubes on the side of the vacuum, to the base assembly at the bottom of the vacuum. Fits Eureka Smart Vac uprights in the 4800 series. Will fit Eureka Ultra Smart Vac upright models;
