Vacuums Unlimited is a family-owned small business that has been in existence for over 30 years. As an online retailer, GoVacuum has been in business since 1996 and ships everything from hard-to-find replacement parts to popular vacuums all over the United States and Canada (and to military bases around the world). Payments: We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover. There is no credit card surcharge.
We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Personal
Checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products
will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to 10 days).
Purchase Order Buying for Government Agencies & Large
Corporations
We do accept Purchase Orders from Large corporations/Government
agencies (Including Federal/State/Local governments/Non-Profit Organizations/Churches/Educational
Institutions, Etc. (Subject to verification).
We cannot ship cleaning solutions and chemicals etc. to APO/FPO. Additional
shipping charges may apply to vacuum cleaners and other heavier items for
APO/FPO. We will notify you the charges on receiving the order. Our free
shipping policy for orders over $50 does not apply to APO/FPO addresses.
Individuals wanting to pay by method other than credit card can pay by Personal
Check/Cashiers check /Money order and use the following method.
To pay by check or money order:
-Add the item(s) to your shopping cart as usual
-Complete the online order form
-Select "Cashier's Check or Money Order" for the payment method
-Print and mail in the order confirmation with your cashier's check or money
order to the address below:

Orders by check or money order will not be shipped until funds are received.
Note: Personal checks will be held until they clear the bank (allow
at least 15 days). Cashier's Check and Money Order orders will ship upon
receipt of payment.

the order number in all correspondence.

Sales Tax:
If you live outside the State of Virginia, no sales tax will be added.
Virginia residents will be charged 5% Virginia State Sales Tax.

Shipments:
Every effort is made to ship all orders within one (1) working day after
receiving the order.
In the event Vacuums Unlimited does not have the item in stock or due
to any other reason , we will inform you of when the item will stock.
Our fill rate on orders shipping the next day is 97%.
It may take 7-10 days to ship Parts, Bags, Belts, Filters & Accessories.

Warranties:
Most of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties.
Exceptions to the above are brands like Kirby,Rainbow and Oreck, which
we offer with our company warranty only. If you cannot find an authorized
dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty,
you may send the product back to Vacuums Unlimited and we will repair
it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The purchaser must pay the
freight back to Vacuums Unlimited

Return Policy:
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will
replace the product at no charge.
Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and Other destinations
outside the contiguous 48 United States, we will not assume responsibility
for the shipping costs involved in replacing defective merchandise from
these locations.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or if you made a mistake
in ordering, we will accept returns.
You have to pay for return shipping costs involved. If the item
was shipped free, we will deduct shipping costs + 10% restocking fee.
Due to the high costs of shipping and restocking we can not
make any exceptions to this rule.
All returns for either exchange or refund must be accompanied with a copy
of the included invoice, with a note stating whether the product is for
exchange or refund. We do not require a RMA# (Return
Merchandise Authorization) to process the refunds. Your Order number is
your RMA#. All returns must be made to the following address regardless
of where the item shipped from.

| Refunds:
If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card that
you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a check card, cashiers
check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as
a refund. All refunds will be given out within two (2) working days of
the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product
is returned to Vacuums Unlimited.
Products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
