As an internet business that ships products nationally, we receive a wide variety of vacuum cleaner returns because of reasons that do not pertain to the functionality of the machine. For that reason, our warehouse, over time, gets filled up with machines that are in packaging that has either been opened or damaged. The machines themselves are in brand new condition; we have a warehouse manager personally verify this on each machine that comes back to us. But because of the packaging, we are offering these machines at a discount price. The bottom line for you is a brand new machine at a better price. In addition to the “Scratch and Dent” offerings, we are offering sales on majority of the brands we carry with discounts of up to 30%. The sale, however, is only available over the phone at 1-888-468-2210 or in person in our vacuum retail stores (Vacuums Unlimited) in Northern Virginia. This is for two reasons: the discounts are only available on the current inventory we have because almost all brands have announced price increases for the next quarter and many of the products we carry limit the discounts we can offer online (Minimum advertised pricing – MAP pricing).
