Simply fill the water, and 3 minutes later you are cleaning with a maximum of 266 degree steam. Never use harsh chemicals again. The power of steam will leave your floors (you can even steam clean carpets with this model) clean with out breathing the chemicals, and without pulling the mop out of the closet. This fine product has an edge over the competition by offering 2 Direction Steam that comes out of the bottom and front of the machine.
