Returns Are Easy with GoVacuumNeed to make a return?
Don't worry, we've worked hard to make this as easy and painless as possible. Here's how it works:
Return PolicyGoVacuum will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. If the package was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package so we can notify the shipper of the damage. If the product is damaged on arrival, we will exchange the damaged merchandise at no charge.
- If the mistake was yours (you chose the wrong product, etc.) GoVacuum will deduct both the cost of the initial shipment (only if your order shipped for free), as well as the cost of the return shipment (if you choose to either print our the USPS label, or request a FedEx label). Either way you choose to return the shipment, YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Please call GoVacuum to receive this number. 1-888-468-2210 If the return is not in the original manufacturers packaging, or missing the instruction books, or any accessories GoVacuum reserves the right to deduct up to 35% of the order.
- If the mistake was ours (we sent a product other than what you requested, it was damaged, etc.) we'll pay for shipping.

In each return package , please include a copy of your invoice, along with a note detailing whether this is an exchange or return, and what you'd like done next. If it's an exchange, please include details about what product you are asking for in exchange; if it's a return, please mention where you'd like the money refunded. If the mistake was yours, and the item was originally shipped for free, GoVacuum will recover the cost of the initial shipment, and we will have to charge a 10% restocking fee. Due to the high costs of shipping and restocking we can not make any exceptions to this rule. Please allow 14 days (after GoVacuum receives the returned merchandise) for your credit card company to process the refund.
There's no need to call us if the product was under $25(though you can, of course). Just send the product back with a note and your invoice, we'll apply the shipping charges according to the rules above (your fault or our fault) and we'll take care of the rest. If the product was over $25, you will need to call us to request a return merchandise authorization number.
