    3. In the event you don't love your purchase from us, just affix the prepaid label over the original shipping label, include a copy of the original invoice and return it, no questions asked!

    You have 60 days from the original purchase date to return your purchase back to us. For a full refund of your purchase price.

    Exclusions-


    • Outlet, open stock, refurbished, reconditioned and used items have a 30 day return and exchange policy *(except for products listed below)
    • Miele rotary iron, bidets, water filtering products and all commercial machines (vacuums, burnishers, carpet extractors, etc.)- these items are not returnable (in the event they are defective we will work with you on having it replaced, repaired or exchanged as per the manufactures warranty).
    • Heaters have a 14 day return and exchange policy
    • Used bags, filters & roller brushes can't be returned for sanitary reason
    • A restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to machines that are heavily used, shows signs of accidental, misuse or abuse by the consumer. All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box to avoid a restocking fee.

When you purchase from our website there are no surprise fee's or a delivery person collecting unexpected funds from you. Our shipping rates to Canada include all duties and fee's. We even collect the taxes during check out for your Providence, so you can rest assured the total amount you'll spend is only the amount in your shopping cart at check out.
